SCBA & Breathing Air Cylinders

SCBA breathing air cylinders contains breathing air under pressure. The cylinder is held in place on the wearer's back by a harness and strap arrangement. The air in the cylinder, under positive pressure, passes from the cylinder through a pressure-reducing regulator and then is sent to a face piece for use by the wearer. These are worn by rescue workers, firefighters and others to provide breathable air in an immediately dangerous to life or health atmosphere.
